3. Pricing, Payments, and Order Acceptance

3.1 Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time.

3.2 Errors in Pricing: In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or pricing system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

3.3 Payment Terms: Payment must be received in full prior to order dispatch. We accept major credit cards, PayMongo, Paypal, and GCash.

3.4 Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to limit or reject any order you place with us for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory shortages.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit after carrier handover, though we will assist in carrier claims where applicable.

4.4 International Shipping & Customs: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance regulations applicable to your destination country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

5.1 Return Policy Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

5.2 Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and serial numbers.
  • Computer Parts: Products with broken security seals, bent CPU pins, modified firmware/BIOS, or thermal paste application may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Solar Equipment: Products showing signs of installation, electrical connection, mounting wear, or outdoor exposure are not eligible for standard returns unless defective under warranty.

    5.3 Restocking Fees: Non-defective open-box returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

    5.4 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product upon arrival (DOA), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

6. Manufacturer Warranties & Disclaimers

6.1 Manufacturer Warranties: Many Products are backed directly by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. We will assist customers in obtaining warranty coverage from manufacturers, but final warranty decisions rest with the manufacturer.
